Last year, the Telluride Nordic Association took over the reigns of the winter program at Faraway Ranch. Those fortunate enough to have experienced the outstanding trails at Faraway Ranch regard them as the hidden jewel of Nordic skiing in the region. The trails at Faraway are groomed twice weekly with a Pisten Bulley 150 CAT utilizing a Nordic tiller/groomer.

A season pass to Faraway has been reduced this year to $200 for an individual.  Family passes are still $300. The single day fee is $15. Faraway season passes include TNA membership.  Nordic Association members who contribute at the “Duct Tape” ($100) level will receive two, single day tickets to Faraway and additional tickets will be discounted to $10.

The Telluride Nordic Center offers ski and snowshoe tours at Faraway. Call for reservations.
